Entrepreneurship can feel isolating. Develop Dominion is being built to make sure you do not have to carry the vision, the questions, the setbacks, or the victories alone.

This is not a room built around comparison. It is a room built around camaraderie. The goal is to create a trusted community where women entrepreneurs can network, collaborate, ask questions, offer solutions, form genuine bonds, and become resources for one another.

I’m not standing above this community. I’m building inside it.
I’m strong-minded, outspoken, ambitious, and deeply loyal to the women I love. I have always believed in doing what is right and saying what I mean—even when my voice made other people uncomfortable. I know what it feels like to be underestimated, overlooked, and unsupported because strength in a woman can sometimes be treated like a threat.
But that strength is also what taught me the value of women standing beside women. My mother—my best friend—showed me what love, generosity, kindness, faith, and giving of yourself can look like. My friendships taught me something else: every woman carries knowledge another woman may need. When we stop guarding what we know and start sharing it, we become more equipped to build something extraordinary.
I created Develop Dominion as a reminder to take ownership of myself, my choices, my business, and what I want my life to become—to build beyond what someone else had waiting for me. I’m still building too. I don’t have every answer, and that is exactly the point. I want us to learn, connect, solve problems, celebrate, and become stronger together.

Too many business spaces look active from the outside but feel empty when someone actually needs help. A woman introduces herself and hears nothing. She asks a real question and gets silence. Or every conversation eventually becomes someone trying to sell her something.
Develop Dominion is being built differently. This is a place to say, “Here’s what I’m building. Here’s where I’m stuck. Here’s what I’ve learned. Can someone help?”—and to be surrounded by women willing to answer, share, listen, connect, and contribute.
